How Partnering Works

Step 1: Book a Meeting

Choose the Reseller of MSP track and send us your details. 

Step 2: Get Approval

We’ll review your application and confirm a fit. Most approvals take 5 to 10 business days. 

Step 3: Onboard

Access the partner portal, training and resources. Set up your partner profile. 

Step 4: Start working together

Resellers will register opportunities. MSPs activate managed customers. Both receive support and benefits right away.

Companies that sell software and services to database teams and want opportunity protection and enablement.

Usually during the scheduled teams meeting, we can let you know if the partnership will work.

There are no fixed quotas. However, higher sales will give you bigger advantages on pricing and having all the influence over a specific region. 

Renewals stay with the partner that owns the account, subject to active status and program rules. Basically, if you bring them into the program they are your client until they leave or you stop providing partner services.

The first eligible registration with verifiable activity is honored. Dispute steps are documented in the policy.

The right to market, distribute, and resell in the territory. Use of dbWatch for demos, trials, and training. Listing on our site plus access to training, materials, and second line support.

There are three reseller levels with differing levels of support, discounts, and exclusivity.

You provide first line support to your customers. dbWatch provides second line support to you at no charge during the agreement.
